Saskatchewan PNP Programs categories

 The International Skilled Workers 

This stream is solely for those who have required talents that are in high demand in Saskatchewan and who desire to work and live there. This PNP category in Saskatchewan is further subdivided into three subcategories:

a. International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer 

Having a job offer is a pre-requisite for this category. Apart from arranged employment, you should also meet the following requirement: 

o Minimum points for Saskatchewan PNP

o IELTS CBL score of 4

o 1 year of work experience in last 10 years

b. International Skilled Worker: Express Entry

If you want to apply for Saskatchewan Express Entry, you must first ensure that your profile is in the Express Entry pool.

o You must score 60/110 points on the SINP assessment grid

o 6 bands on IELTS- general exam 

o Your professional experience and education must be complementary to each other

o Minimum of 12 months full-time paid work experience in a Saskatchewan occupation in-demand list in the previous ten years.

o It is critical that you obtain a Professional License for the job

c. International Skilled Worker: Occupation in-Demand 

Unlike the above-mentioned categories, you're interested in applying for Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand, you do not need an employment offer letter from Saskatchewan and do not need to file for Express entry. To apply for the Saskatchewan Occupation in-demand stream, you must complete the following requirements:

o The minimum score required 60/110 points in the assessment grid 

o Minimum score of IELTS CLB 4  

o At least one year of paid work experience in the last ten years

o SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure. 

o Settlement funds requirements for individual and other dependents (if applicable) 

Saskatchewan PNP eligibility

To apply for Saskatchewan PNP, you must first choose the category for which you wish to apply. To apply to Saskatchewan PNP, select the most appropriate category from the list of categories and subcategories. You must check the eligibility criteria for Saskatchewan Express Entry and Saskatchewan Occupation in-demand as the two are the most popular PNP subcategories in Saskatchewan.

The following are the eligibility criteria’s/requirements:

1. Occupation 

You must check whether your profile/occupation is mentioned on the Saskatchewan occupation list before applying for the Saskatchewan PNP nomination program. You must note that some of the vocations demand extra training, certification, or licence. 4. Licensure or Job Training

Process to Apply for Saskatchewan PNP 

Step 1: Create an Express Entry Profile.

Step 2: When asked which province you desire to live in, you need to select Saskatchewan.

Step 3: Create a profile on SINP's online site.

Step 4: Once you have fulfilled all of the formalities, the Saskatchewan immigration officials will review your application.

Step 5: You will be given a specific date and time to upload your PDF documents.
