What is Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program? Check Eligibility and Process to apply

 Canada has a well-established reputation for embracing immigrants into its numerous provinces, each of which has its own criteria and advantages. Saskatchewan's Provincial Nominee Program is known as SINP. Through this immigration scheme, the province can recommend to the federal government non-Canadian candidates with a skilled trade for PR and employment in Saskatchewan.

SINP PNP Immigration Streams:

There are four routes you can take if you want to immigrate to Saskatchewan:

1. International Skilled Worker Category 
2. Saskatchewan Experience Category 
3. Entrepreneur and Farm Category 
4. International Graduate Entrepreneur Category.

  • International skilled professionals who want to live and work in Saskatchewan fall under this category.
  • For foreign workers who are currently residing in Saskatchewan, including those who have a valid work permit and international grads, there is the Saskatchewan Experience Category.
  • For people who want to own and actively run a business or a farming operation in Saskatchewan, there is the Entrepreneur and Farm Category.
  • International graduates with plans to launch a business in Saskatchewan who have graduated from an appropriate post-secondary institution are eligible for the International Graduate Entrepreneur Category.


International Skilled Worker Category

There are four pathways available for the international skilled worker category:

  • Tech Talent Pathway: This subcategory is for highly talented employees who have received a job offer from a Saskatchewan firm in one of 11 tech-related occupations. Study more.
  • Employment Offer: This subcategory is for qualified candidates who have received an employment offer from a Saskatchewan employer.
  • Occupations In Demand - This subcategory is for highly qualified individuals who have experience in an occupation that is in demand in Saskatchewan but who do not yet have a job offer from the government.
  • Express Entry - Candidates who are already in the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool and have experience in a Saskatchewan-demanded occupation are eligible for this subcategory.
